The purpose of this study was to verify how the Leadership patterns of Boxing coaches had influences on Basic Psychological need and Sport confidence of player. For this purpose, the population among Boxing athletes was selected, and the data were collected by using of convenience sampling method. Total 437 copies of data were collected, and all data were utilized in data analysis. The data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 the analysis of construct validation and reliability on the questionnaire of each psychological factor was carried out prior to the verification of structural relationship among each psychological factor. The construct validations of each questionnaire were analyzed by descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis with SPSS 18.0 And the factor structure was abstracted by using of SPSS 18.0. In addition, the relevance of abstracted factor structure was analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis with AMOS 18.0. The relationship among each psychological factor was analyzed by covariance structure analysis through AMOS 18.0. The results were as follows; First, for the relationship between style of leadership and basic psychological need of Boxing player, the leadership of Boxing coaches had positive effect on basic psychological need of player. Second, for the relationship between style of leadership and sport confidence of Boxing player, the leadership of Boxing coaches had positive effect on sport confidence. Third, for the basic psychological need and sport confidence of Boxing player, basic psychological need had positive effect on sport confidence.
