This study was to induce change of EEG activity by regions of brain. After 12 weeks, the result of the neuro-feedback training was as follows. First. the measurement of EEG at Fp1, F3 between pre & post showed significant difference in neuro-feedback training group and neuro-feedback nose training group. Second. The measurement of EEG, alpha-wave at Fp1, F3, T3 showed that Neuro-feedback nose training had a large increase of alpha-wave on left brain of temporal lobe. Third. Neuro-feedback noise training had a larger increase of alpha-wave on left brain of temporal lobe than neuro-feedback training. Fourth. The EEG result of the left and right brain showed significant difference. Neuro-feedback nose training had a larger increase of alpha-wave than neuro-feedback training on left brain. After neuro-feedback training, relative activation state of alpha wave showed significant increase in left brain(Fp1, F3, T3). These results said that application of EEG neuro-feedback training was very helpful to keep mind stable to athletes who required high technique, precision, concentration and self control. Therefore, we suggest the neuro-feedback training is a useful method for relaxing the body and mind and optimizing athlete performance.
