This study looked into relations between family function, resilience, and military adjustment by objecting 417 soldiers in the military service at now, and verified effects of the family. As research results, significant, positive(+) correlation appeared between family function and resilience, and the family function had significant, positive correlation with military adjustment statistically. And the same correlation was turned out from relations between resilience and military adjustment. Also, as the result of analyzing effects of family function on resilience, family function proved to affect positive influences to resilience, and resilience showed positive influences to military adjustment. From the validation results on the influences of family function to military adjustment, positive mediating effect appeared through resilience, even though its direct effect was low. Therefore, developing military-adjusting programs to improve resilience levels is required for soldiers who have low levels in the family function afterwards.

본 연구는 현재 군 복무중인 병사 417명을 대상으로 가족기능, 회복탄력성, 군생활적응의 관계를 알아보았으며 구조방정식을 통하여 회복탄력성을 매개로 가족기능이 군 생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 분석결과 가족 기능은 회복탄력성과 유의한 정적인 상관관계가 나타났으며 가족기능과 군 생활 적응도 통계적으로 유의미한 정 적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 회복탄력성과 군 생활 적응도 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가족기능이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 가족기능이 회복탄력성에 정적인 영향력을 보이는 것 으로 나타났으며 회복탄력성도 군 생활 적응에 정적인 영향력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 가족기능이 군 생활 적 응에 미치는 영향력을 검증한 결과 직접효과는 낮은 수준인 것으로 나타났으나 회복탄력성을 통하여 정적인 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 가족기능수준이 낮은 병사들을 위하여 회복탄력성수준 향상을 통한 군 생활 적응 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다.
