This study aims on finding effective design of management education for farmers. This study find 4 factors whjch affect learning transfer in agricultural industry management education, which are learning authenticity, learner participation plan, feedback and goal consistency. These variables affects learning transfer through self-efficacy and motivation, which are attitude variables. The results of analysis are as follows: First, learning authenticity and goal consistency affect positively influence on self-efficacy. Second, feedback influence on motivation. Third self-efficacy and motivation influence on learning transfer. The results of this study will help the instructor to understand the proper outcome of education in agricultural industry and be able to make effective education design for farmers.

본 연구에서는 보다 효과적인 농업인 대상 경영교육의 설계 전략에 대하여 연구하였다. 농업경영교육의 핵심 성과를 학습전이로 정의하고 이에 영향을 미치는 농업경영교육 특성요인인 학습실제성, 학습자 참여설계, 피 드백 정도, 목표일치성의 4개 요인이 매개변수인 자기효능감과 동기부여를 통하여 어떻게 성과에 영향을 미 치는 지를 살펴보았다. 연구의 결과 자기효능감과 동기부여는 모두 학습전이에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 으며, 학습실제성과 동기부여는 자기효능감에, 피드백 정도는 동기부여에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나 타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 농업경영교육의 취지에 적합한 성과변수를 제시했다는 것과 보다 효율적인 농업경영교육 의 교육 설계 특성을 찾아내었다는 것이 핵심적인 시사점이라고 할 수 있다.
