U-healthcare systems can provide various applications for medical healthcare services such as telemedicine devices and physical information monitoring equipment. Due to a rapid increase of aging population, chronic diseases and health consciousness, many demands and much interests on health care have been increasing all over the world. Therefore, a large number of communication technology researches on U-healthcare services are expending. This paper introduces an aging population growth, an idea of a software platform of biomedical system, system algorithm, experimental results, expected effects and issues.
