A review of the regulation on online service providers in Korea and their self-regulation efforts

This study gives you examples of excessive legislative or governmental regulations on online service providers in Korea and how the online service providers try to apply self-regulation activities on their services. Some regulations are unique in Korea and they impose obligations only on Korean online service providers, and it may lead to negative effect on the competitive powers of the Korean online service providers.
