The purpose of the study is to develop a christian spiritual program that helps enhance capability of professional care-manager for demented elderly. A literature research and qualitative case study had been performed, of which the results are to be utilized according to the purpose. The christian spiritual program is basically a consultation program built on the basis of interaction between the program operator and the professional care-manager. The program process includes 1) establishing rapport, 2) exploration of wants, 3) goal setting, 4) and report writing to come to conclusion. Programs of each step are designed to improve spiritual introspection, form spiritual relationships, realize actualization of real action, and secondarily inspect spiritual resources. Based on the results of the study, it is proposed that a christian spiritual program designed for professional care-manager for demented elderly expand the boundary and widen the variety of its application available.

본 연구의 목적은 치매노인 돌봄 전문가의 역량강화를 실현할 수 있는 기독교 영성적 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌 조사와 질적 사례조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과를 기반으로 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 개발된 치매노인 돌봄 전문가를 위한 기독교 영성적 프로그램은 프로그램 운영 자와 프로그램 대상자인 돌봄 전문가 간의 개별화된 상호작용을 기반으로 하는 상담 형태로 구성되었다. 프로그램의 진행은 관계형성단계, 욕구탐색단계, 목 표설정단계, 종결을 위한 보고서 작성단계로 이루어지며 각 단계별로 활용될 프로그램은 영성적 성찰을 위한 내용과 영성적 관계망을 형성하며 실제적인 행 동화를 실현하는 프로그램의 내용으로 구성되었다. 그리고 영적 자원을 점검하 는 내용이 보충적으로 포함되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 치매노인 돌봄 전문가를 위한 기독교 영성적 프로그램의 적용과 확대를 위한 방안을 제언하였다.
