The purpose of this study was to analyze the attitude of Child care workers in relation to the follow-up maintenance and management measures of the accreditation and to promote the accreditation system in order to improve the quality of child care service. The results of study showed .that there was difference in the perception between principals and teachers of child care centers thereof with respect to the follow-up maintenance and management of accreditation. In This study, I used analysis of frequency and cross in SPSS Win 18.0 program. The policy suggestions based on the analytical results of this study are as follows: The accreditation needs to shift its focus to the support and study promotion, rather than the instruction and supervision, in order to ensure improvement in the quality of child care service through the accreditation. For the follow-up maintenance and management, regular inspection and consulting by external experts are important more than anything else, along with the establishment of autonomous quality management system of child care center.

본 연구의 목적은 보육서비스의 질을 제고하기 위해 평가인증 사후유지관리방안에 대한 보육교직원의 태도를 분석하여 평가인증제도를 활성화하는 데 있다. 연구결과 평가인증 사후관리에 대하여 원장과 교사 간 인식의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본연구는 SPSS Win 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도 및 교차 분석을 실시하였으며 분석결과가 제시하는 정책 적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 평가인증을 통한 보육서비스의 질을 담보하기 위해서는 평가인증은 지도와 감독보 다는 지원과 장학으로 변화해야 하며 사후유지관리를 위해서는 어린이집의 자율적 질 관리 시스템의 구축과 외부전문가에 의한 정기적인 점검 및 컨설팅이 무엇보다 중요하다.
