The career education helps the youth in the future be able to live a stable life. It is important for the youth, particularly high school students to provide the opportunity of career selection. This career education for students of the multicultural education is also important and necessary. Multicultural student have difficulties of school adjustment, learning communication and cultural identiy. In this study, the importance of multicultural student career education the career education presents tries to explore the direction of currently being implemented in the course of three alternative schools multicultural education were examined. Specifically, ‘the direction of career education, goals, curriculum' are analysised. The direction and goal of the career education make students explore their talent and aptitude. The curriculum of the career education is primarily being made in characterizing classes. In addition, the career education and counseling programs provide career guidance, educational capacity for teachers. Bilingual multicultural students can be an important human resources that is a potential workforce of the future society. Multicultural realistic experience in the educational program is important, but also the student's self-esteem and sense of identity is curriculum.
