In this study, perceived oral health survey of factors affecting the level of analysis, and oral disease prevention and oral health improvement program for providing the basic information needed to develop community health promotion and aims at improving the quality of life Placed. There were missing teeth in 41.3%, 61.5% had prosthetic teeth. 57.5% had dental caries, periodontal disease and 38.6% who were not parents to get dentures fitted by petitioner was 41.3%. The level of oral health knowledge, oral health is a good side, the prosthetic teeth and TMJ or no characters were higher than other groups. Oral Health Practice is a good side of the level of oral health status, and prosthetic teeth were the characters each. Eating Patterns is a good side of the level of oral health, dental caries, those who can not or do not have TMJ and the characters were higher than other groups.

본 연구는 주관적 구강건강수준에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 조사 분석하고, 구강질환 예방과 구강보건 향상 을 위한 프로그램을 개발하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공함으로써 지역사회주민의 건강증진과 삶의 질을 높이는데 목적을 두었다. 조사기간은 2010년 5월 2일에서 6월 22일까지 영남지역 성인을 대상으로 하였으며 조사한 결과 다음 과 같다. 주관적 구강상태는
매우 나쁘다는 응답률이 40.4%로 가장 높았고 결손치는 41.3%가 있었으며 보철치는 61.5%가 없었다. 치아우식증은 57.5%가 있었고 치주질환자는 38.6%가 없었으며, 부모님이 틀니를 장착하였다는 자 가 41.3%이었다. 구강보건지식수준은 구강건강상태가 좋은 편이고, 보철치가 있으며, 악관절 이상이 없는 자에서 각각 타군보다 높았다. 구강보건 실천수준은 구강건강상태가 좋은 편에서, 보철치가 있는 자에서 각각 높았으며, 식 생활 행태수준은 구강건강상태가 좋은 편에서, 치아우식증이 없는 자에서, 악관절 이상이 없는 자에서 각각 타군보다 높았다.
