This paper analyzes the structure and characteristics of all Chinese antidumping casesagainst developed countries and less developed countries. Based on the analysis, the paperoffers strategic and policy recommendations for the Chinese government and enterprises tobe better prepared for the discriminatory provisions in China’s WTO accession protocol andfor the escalating antidumping trade disputes to protect the economic and trade interests ofChinese enterprises. We analyzed the macro variables can affect the China’s decisions ofantidumping investigations. In this paper I did cointegration test and unit root test for theexistence of long run equilibrium among macro variables. I also analysed the industriesspecific factors can role in the decisions of Chines antidumping investigation. The resultsshow that the macro variables can affect Chinese antidumping investigation andpetrochemical and heavy industries are more influenced by the chines macro variable thanother light industries’s case.
