The purpose of this study is to propose the evaluation area standards and content standards for French Teacher Employment Examination, according to the improvement policy of the teacher selection system which is reorganized with first selective style, secondary statement style and 3 in-depth interview and teaching ability. In this paper, we propose 6 evaluation areas for French language teaching (understanding the French curriculum, French teaching methodology, French class practice, French teaching materials analysis, evaluation, communication skills), 5 for French language competence (pronouciation and spelling, vocabulary, grammar, French conversation, French composition), 4 for French linguistics (general linguistics, phonetics and phonology, morphology and syntax, semantics and pragmatics), 3 for French literature (literary theory, history of French literature, French writers and analysis works) and 4 for culture of French-speaking countries/Francophonie (educated culture, life culture, actualites, mutual culture).

본 연구는 교원 양성 체제 개편에 따른 교원 선발제도의 개선 정책이 확정․발표됨으로써, 이에 따른 “교육공무원임용후보자선정시험”이 과거의 2차 시험에서 1차 선택형, 2차 논술형, 3차 심층면접 및 수업능력 평가 등 3단계 체제로 개편되어 이와 같은 전형의 취지에 부합하는 출제·채점 체제 개발과 출제 근거를 명료화하고 객관화시키기 위한 임용시험 프랑스어 과목 평가영역의 설정 및 평가내용요소 상세화 등을 연구하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 프랑스어 평가영역을 프랑스어교육학 6개 평가영역, 프랑스어능력 5개 평가영역, 프랑스어학개론 4개 평가영역, 프랑스문학개론 3개 평가영역, 프랑스어권문화 4개 평가영역을 교원자격검정령, 교원자격검정령 시행규칙 등 관계법령, 교사자격무시험검정기준법령 상의 프랑스어 과목 기본이수과목(또는 분야), 전공과목별 교사 자격 기준, 전국 사범대학 프랑스어교육과의 교육과정, 개정7차 고등학교 프랑스어 교육과정에 의거하여 제안하고, 각각의 평가영역에 대해 각 영역의 소단원이나 핵심 주제를 중심으로 평가내용요소 상세화를 제시한다.
