This study is to examine the factors that may have affected performance of employment of high school graduates. The data for this study was taken from 「2011 High School Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(HSGOMS)」. This study focused on career guidance, employment support, and career exploration behavior as the influence factors and conducted an analysis of regular employment status, wage, fitness of job and major, and job satisfaction. The results of this study were as follows: First, a result of logistic regression represented that satisfaction of employment support in high school, with and without teachers, parents, peer who affect career had an effect on employment of high school graduate youth. Second, regression analysis represented that satisfaction of employment support in high school, teachers and parents who affect career, and career exploration behavior had a positive influence on wage. Third, the factors such as the satisfaction of employment support in high school, with and without peer who affect career, and career exploration behavior had a significant influence on job fitness. Forth, career guidance from parents, the satisfaction of career guidance in school, the satisfaction of employment support in high school, with and without teachers who affect career, and career exploration behavior affected job satisfaction positively. Based on these findings, this study has implications for high school graduates' employment and career. Lastly, researchers suggested direction for the further studies.

이 연구에서는 한국고용정보원의 「2011년 고졸자 취업진로 조사」데이터를 활용하 여 고졸 청년층의 취업성과에 영향을 주는 요인들을 살펴보고자 하였다. 진로 및 취업 지원, 진로탐색행동 등을 중심으로 상용직 취업여부, 임금, 전공 일치도, 직장 만족도 등의 취업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 고교의 취업지원 만족도, 진로에 영향을 미치는 교사, 부모, 또래의 존재 등은 고졸 청년층의 상용직 취업여부에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으 로 나타났다. 둘째, 회귀분석 결과, 고교의 취업지원 만족도, 진로에 영향을 미치는 교 사 및 부모의 존재, 진로탐색행동 등은 임금에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 고교의 취업지원 만족도, 진로에 영향을 미치는 또래의 존재, 진로탐색행동 등은 전공 일치도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 가정의 진로지도, 고교의 진 로지도 및 취업지원 만족도, 진로에 영향을 미치는 교사 및 또래, 진로탐색행동 등은 직장 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 결과를 통해 고졸 청년층의 취업 및 진로에 대한 시사점과 후속 연구의 방향을 제안하였다.
