Korean society creates a huge boom in“ Writing.” Especially, entrance exam, learning process, and then employment require“ practical writing.” The prosperous condition of practical writing has two practical purposes one should write easily and one should learn how to write. Indeed, these propositions are not different from the problem of how to edit. Certification through correction and revision in terms of phenomenological process of writing became actualized by“ ABEEK” However, it is true that some problems appear, because of the topdown accommodation of the system.Especially, professors who are the practical subjects, and their ability to write reveal many problems. Therefore, it is necessary to make an effort to develop“ engineering writing.” In this way, we need to deal with the writing instruction from the perspective of employment strategy. As we already know, the current employment strategy is mainly concerned with creation of documents and interview. Professors’ educational approach to writing instruction and creating portfolio can generate the essential change in students’ writing. Especially, when both employment strategy and writing instruction can be actualized through the editing in the process of writing and creating documents, the essential meaning of strategy of writing instruction can be generated. From the perspective of employment strategy and the strategy of writing instruction, we need to have writing instructors on the one hand. On the other hand, we need contents and system.

현재 한국사회는 글쓰기 붐이다. 특히 입시와 학습, 그리고 최종적으로 취 업에 있어서‘ 실용적 글쓰기’가 성황인 것이다. 이러한 실용적 글쓰기의 성황에는 소위‘ 글은 쉽게 써야 한다’는 명제와 그러기 위해서는‘ 글쓰기 방법론을 배워야 한다’는 현실적인 목적인 숨어 있다고 할 수 있다. 그런 데 이러한 명제들은 결국 글을 어떻게 고쳐 주어야 하는가라는 본질적인 명제로 귀결된다. 이러한 실용 적 글쓰기의 성황에는 소위‘ 글은 쉽게 써 야 한다’는 명제가 전제되어 있다. 그리고 또한‘ 글쓰기 방법론을 배워야 한다’는 현실적인 목적인 숨어 있다고 할 수 있다. 글의 수정과 교정을 거치면서 인증을 받는다는 글쓰기에 대한 현상학적 과정은 소위 공학인증교육(ABEEK)으로 구체화 되었다. 그런데 제도의 수 용이 위로부터의 접근(Top down)으로 이루어지다보니 많은 문제점이 노 출되고 있는 것도 사실이다. 특히 그 실질적인 주체라고 할 수 있는 교수 들의 글쓰기 역량이 매우 문제가 되고 있다. 따라서 일천한‘ 공학적 글쓰 기’ 문화를 개선하려면 나름의 노력이 있어야 한다. 그런 의미에서 학생들에 대한 교수들의 글쓰기 지도를 취업전략의 관점에 서 접근할 필요가 있다. 잘 알려져 있다시피 현재 취업전략은 서류작성과 면접전형이라는 기술적인 방법을 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 이 관점에서 글쓰기나 포트폴리오 작성 지도와 관련하여 교수들의 교육학적 접근이 이 루어진다면 본질적인 변화를 이끌 수 있다고 생각된다. 특히 글쓰기 과정 중에‘ 편집(editing)’을 통해 취업전략 지도가 이루어지고 글쓰기 지도가 이루어진다면 본질적 의미의 글쓰기 지도 전략이 만들어 질 수 있다. 그런 관점에서 글쓰기를 지도하는 사람들이 양성이 되어야 하고, 콘텐츠와 시 스템이 만들어져야 함은 물론이다.
