Within the numerous, complicated, and constantly changing international relationships, the Environmental Protection has no doubt became the world subject nowadays. This new subject requires us, for leaving a sustainable development planet to our descendants where they can enjoy the well-being granted by nature, to establish the International Environmental Law which epitomizes the new concept and rules of human beings, in order to regulate people’s environmental behavior, adjust international relations and co-create a better tomorrow of human beings.
