The purpose of this study was to investigate the modulation effect of costumer orientation on relationship internal marketing and job satisfaction of welfare centers workers for the disabled. For the study subjects, 400 employees of 75 welfare centers located in Seoul, Kyonggi, Honam, and Youngnam area were selected to be surveyed. 346(86.0%)sets of questionnaire were set as a final significant sample after having ruled out 54 sets judged to contain unreliable and insincere answers. The statistic analysis for data processing were reliability test(Cronbach’α), confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and modulation regression analysis. the results were as follows. First, the compensation factors of internal marketing and customer orientation, empowerment and customer orientation are significant factors influencing inner job satisfaction, respectively. Second, job training and customer orientation was a factor in the predictive factors for external job satisfaction.
