This study was to verify the structural relationships among achievement goal orientation, self-leadership and performance of fencer. The data were collected out of fencer athletes in Seoul and Gyonggi area, and total 214 copies of data were utilized in this study. To verify the relationships among achievement goal orientation, self-leadership and performance, the construct validity and reliability for each factor were analyzed using SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 program. And the relationships among three factors were analyzed using covariance structural analysis. The results were as follows. First, the achievement goal orientation of fencer’s had positive effects on self-leadership. Second, the achievement goal orientation of fencer had positive effects on performance. Third, the self-leadership of fencer had positive effects on performance.
