The purpose of this study is to suggest how to train military social worker throughdetail curriculum about qualification system and plan to train of above workers. This study discussed the action of military social welfare and the plan to train militarysocial workers certified by a nation is very necessary and also discussed detail curriculumabout qualification system and plan to train of military social workers through study onprofessional social welfare in our country and military social welfare of the US army. The anxiety and problem of individual or his family who is being military service cansolved using improvement of military environment. And in order to organize strongmilitary through preventing loss of fighting power, legislation for professional militarysocial worker qualification, action and arrangement of military social worker are verynecessary. Also plan to train for cultivating professional military social worker who is incharge of military social welfare is very urgent. Therefore, this study is to suggest that qualification system and plan to train formilitarysocial worker that is very necessary for cultivating strong military in the battle filed forgetting victory, our ultimate target.

본연구의 목적은 군 사회복지사 자격제도와 양성방안에 대한 세부 교육과정을 통한 양성방안을 제 시하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 군에 적합한 군 사회복지의 실행과, 국가가 인증하는 전문적인 군 사회복지사의 양 성이시급히 이루어져야 될 것으로 사료되어 군에서의 사회복지를 재조명하고 현행 한국에서 시행되 고 있는 전문 사회복지와 미국의 군 사회복지에 대한 연구를 통해 군사회복지사 자격제도와 양성을 위한 세부교육과정을 검토하였다. 군 복무 중에 있는 개인과 가족, 군 환경이 개선됨을 통해 염려와 고충을 해결하고 전투력 손실을 사 전에 예방하여 전장에서 승리하는데 필요로 하는 강한 군대 조성을 위해서는 전문적인 군사회복지 사 자격을위한 법제화가 추진되어야 할 것이며 군사회복지사의 활동과 배치 등을 위한 계속적인 노 력이 필요하며 군사회복지를 담당하는 전문 군사회복지사의 양성이 시급히 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 군의 목표인 전장에서 승리하는데 필요로 하는 강한 군대를 육성하는데 꼭 필요로 하는 군 사회복지사 자격제도와 양성방안을 제시였다.
