Today CIS Korean Literature describes the matters of, for example, environment, the aged, marriage between other nations, combine and discrimination between other nations that we have to considerate. They equally have interiorized already the Russian's value that the Soviet Union makes a demand. CIS Korean discriminate Sakhalin Korean as Nezichi, and Sakhalin Korean discriminate CIS Korean as Ulmauze(the second Russian). The discord that CIS Korean and Sakhalin Korean show implies with no fetters of the modern history in Korea. Therefore compromise between them can be possible when they recognize exactly their history. And this will be applied to the Korean peninsula.
