Every companies nowadays are considering all sorts of protection measures in order to deter industrial crimes. They are preventing disclosure of company documents, and indicate on every printed paper for the company's right to property and its secret nature. The means of protecting official documents included utilizing copy-proof papers that include warning messages. Others took a step further in protecting important documents by using electrosensitive security papers that are not visible to the naked eyes. When one takes documents with these features outside a company, the sensors installed at the door can help to catch that person, who then is checked by security agents whether the permission was given. The electrosensitive devices currently distributed in domestic market showed a perceptive ability according to the way of installing sensor on paper and environment of installation area for sensor. Therefore, a reinforcement of technical features is required to reduce misinterpretation of most electrosensitive paper, and to arrest criminals leaking industrial secrets

각 기업체들이 범죄로부터 예방하기 위하여 각종 보호대책을 강구하고 있으며 기업 내 문서의 유출 방지와 기업체에서 생산되는 문서임을 나타내는 표시와 회사비밀임을 고지하고 있다. 또한, 일부 기 업체에서는 문서에 대한 경고표시와 더불어 복사방해 기능을 종이에 내장시켜 문서를 보호하고 있으며 주요 문서의 보호 기능을 한층 강화시켜 육안으로 보이지 않게 전자감응 기능 등을 내장시킨 보안용지 를 사용하고 있다. 특히, 이러한 기능을 가진 문서를 외부로 유출할 때 회사 출입문에서 감응 장치를 설 치하여 문서를 휴대하고 출입시 반응이 나타나도록 하여 보안요원이 직접 승인 여부를 확인 통제하고 있 다. 현재, 국내 유통되고 있는 전자 감응기는 감응 기능을 용지에 부착하는 방법과 설치지역 환경에 따 라 인식 능력에 차이를 나타냈다. 따라서 산업기밀의 유출 범죄자를 조기에 검거하기 위해서 문서의 감 응기능 불인식을 최소화하기 위한 기능 보강이 필요하다.
