This study aims at looking into and at researching causal relationships among compensation system, duty education, satisfaction with duty, directivity to customers, and outcome of management. For the purpose of analyzing the result, this study, by using SPSS VER 20.0 statistic package program, performed frequency analysis, reliance analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factory analysis, and course factor analysis over golf workers. In addition, for the purpose of measuring the validity of measurement model, this study utilized CR and AVE and leaded to the conclusion as followings through the process. First, compensation system has a positive (+) effect on satisfaction with duty. Second, duty education has a positive (+) effect on directivity to customers. Third, duty education has a positive (+) effect on satisfaction with duty. Fourth, directivity to customers has a negative (-) effect on outcome of management. Fifth, educational training has a positive (+) effect on outcome of management.

이 연구는 골프장 종사자들의 보상제도와 직무교육이 직무만족, 고객지향성 및 경영성과의 인과관계를 알아보는 데 주된 연구목적이 있다. 결과분석을 위하여 SPSS VER 20.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 확인적 요인분석(Confirmatory factor analysis), 경로분석을 실시하였다. 측정모델의 타당성을 측 정하기 위하여 개념신뢰도(CR), 평균분산추출(AVE)을 활용하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻 었다. 첫째, 보상제도는 직무만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 직무교육은 고객지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미친 다. 셋째, 직무교육은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 고객지향성은 경영성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미친다. 다섯째, 교육훈련은 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다.
