This paper is grounded on a basic understanding that I. Kant’s ‘Perpetual Peace: A Philosophical Essay’ provides with profound insight about peace which is higher universal value of human. What this paper looks into from I. Kant’s ‘Perpetual Peace’ is the part, the subtitle of ‘A Philosophical Essay’ that I. Kant called to be for ‘Perpetual Peace’. As most subtitles do so, this holds the characteristics that present the method of understanding about the subject of understanding. In another words, I. Kant’s ‘Perpetual Peace’ seeks the principle that transcends and enables a real politics not the real politics itself. The reason why I. Kant attached the expression of a philosophical essay to perpetual peace starts from the purpose that ‘Perpetual Peace’ points to practices and persuasion with them. I. Kant’s philosophical essay is about the essay of pure reason. Its expansion has the key on historical philosophy, moral philosophy, and political philosophy. The issues that I.
