The purpose of this study was to analyze the casual model between university students’ school life satisfaction and counseling with academic advisers mediated by class attitude and lecture satisfaction. The data from the 7th Korea Education and Employment Panel (KEEP) were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results are as follows. First, academic adviser’s counseling frequency, class attitude, and lecture satisfaction had a significant positive impact on university students’ school life satisfaction. Academic- related/career-related counseling time was not statistically significant to school life satisfaction but was statistically significant to class attitude and lecture satisfaction. Second, mediating effects analysis, class attitude and lecture satisfaction had statistically significant mediating results between academic adviser’s counseling frequency, academic-related counseling time and university students’ school life satisfaction.

본 연구는 지도교수와의 면담횟수․면담시간이 수업태도, 강의만족, 대학생의 학교생활만족도에 미치는 영향 에 관한 구조적 분석을 위해 AMOS 20.0을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형분석(Structural Equation Modeling)을 실 시하였다. 2단계 접근법을 사용한 구조방정식 모형분석 결과, 학업/진로 관련 면담시간 변인을 제외하고 지도 교수와의 면담횟수, 수업태도, 강의만족은 대학생의 학교생활만족도에 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 정적(+) 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 학업/진로 관련 면담시간 변인은 종속변수인 학교생활만족도에는 통계 적으로 유의미하지 않았으나, 수업태도와 강의만족 변인에는 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 보였다. 이는 수업 태도와 강의만족 변인이 학업/진로 관련 면담시간과 학교생활만족도 변인 사이에서 완전매개역할을 수행하고 있음을 의미한다.
