본 연구는 문화관광축제의 평가 속성과 만족, 만족 후 행동에 관한 연구이며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 축제 평가 속성에 관한 문항은 축제 안내/연계, 축제 프로그램, 축제 기념품/음식, 그리고 축제 편의시설 의 4개 요인으로 구조화되었다. 둘째, 방문객이 인식한 축제 평가 속성이 축제 만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여단순회귀분석을 실시하 였다. 축제 평가 속성의 4개 하위 요인이 축제 방문객의 만족에영향을 미쳤으며, 축제 프로그램이 가장 큰 영 향을 미친 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 방문객들의 축제 만족이 재방문 의도와 긍정적 추천에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 이론적 시사점은 문화관광축제의 평가를 위한 18개 항목의 척도를 연구하여 4개의 평가 속성으로 분류하였으며, 4개의 평가 속성과 방문객 만족간의 관계에 대한이론적 관계성을 파악하였다는 점에서 이론적 의미가 있다.
