A Study on the Development of the Basic Evaluation Criteria in the Inclusive Educational Environment for the Mental Health Promotion

Since a school age is the period that physical and mental development are made dynamically during human life, the surrounding environments have a great influence in that time. Therefore, a school should not only be regarded as a place of education but also as an important living place for children's lifetime health. And the educational environment planning and evaluating methods as well as promotion policy for the development characters of a school age children and mental health have to be prepared. Main purpose of this study is the establishment of educational environment evaluating criteria for school age children's mental health promotion. This study has the contents as followed. 1) Systematic analysis of mental health environment, inclusive education environment and index about educational environment 2) Organization of the basic evaluating criteria for educational environment related to similar index. 3) Establishment of the basic evaluation criteria area : amenity, safety, stability, environment friendly, publicly, functionality, accessibility, variability, sustainability, healthy, sociality, territoriality
