This research is to study on the children educational Experience of North Korean Female Defectors in south Korea to Ethnography Methodology. A total of 15 female North Korean defectors were interviewed from June to July in 2013, to investigate the problems they face regarding their efforts to family lives and how these problems are interconnected. North Korean Female Defectors in south Korea are complicated due to the different types of spouses or poor marital status, income form the minimum cost of two, three job in the form of labor, almost entirely in charge of responsible for child rearing and the other in as a result of the child-rearing methods that can be generated and neglect issues, child's homework and tutoring in a state of neglect, such as child support to pay for the burden of child-rearing that gave a noticeable phenomenon. This research is expected to promote the policy effectiveness and validity of current policies by reflecting the needs of the female North Korean defector community.
