The purpose of this study is to examine difficulties' aspects going through when interact teacher with students through their voice. First of all, I sought the description collection of the teachers taking part in 1st degree In-Service Qualification of Elementary School. I will select examples of conflicts and its solutions which had shown in their teaching experience as research data. And then, I analyzed the characteristics of examples dealing with realationship between them and students. The result of this study are as follows: Firstly, difficulties' aspect between teacher and students is largely four types, that is 'limitedness', 'rebellion', 'embarrassment', 'disappointment'. From this, both teachers and students are influenced each other by interacting. However, this is not a mutual communion and all are faced with an difficulty due to that. Consequently, in order to interaction teachers with students smoothly, teachers should not only understand students but also keep distance with them.

이 연구는 교사들의 목소리를 통해 학생과의 상호작용에서 교사가 겪는 어려움의 양 상을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 초등 1급 정교사 자격연수에 참가한 교사 들이 기술한 교직생활에서 겪는 갈등사례와 해결방안에 대한 사례들을 연구 자료로 삼 아, 교사가 교직생활에서 겪는 어려움의 장면들이 무엇인지 찾아내었다. 그리고 그 중에 서 학생과의 관계를 다룬 사례들만의 특징을 분석하였다. 교사가 학생과의 상호작용에서 겪는 어려움은 크게 ‘한계’, ‘대항’, ‘당황’, ‘실망’의 4가 지 양상으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 볼 때, 교사와 학생은 상호작용을 통해 서로에게 영향 을 미치지만 양방향의 소통이 일어나지 않아 교사와 학생 모두 어려움을 겪고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 교사와 학생의 원활한 상호작용을 위해 고찰한 교사와 학생 사이의 소통의 의미는 첫째, 교사와 학생의 소통의 시작은 '이해'이다. 둘째, 교사와 학생의 소통 은 일정한 거리를 유지해야 한다는 것이다. 이것은 교사와 학생이 서로의 존재에 대한 인식과 이해를 통해 상호 소통하는 과정이다.
