This study investigates the association between Foreign Investor on Abnormal Audit fees and Abnormal Audit Hours Accoding to the Corporate Characteristics. We have analyzed the relationship between the two focusing on Korea stock exchange from 2006 to 2012, and our findings are as follows:First, the result about the influence that Foreign investors affect according to the Corporate Characteristics to the Abnormal audit fees, its showed a positive correlation with Size(LN(Asset)), Lev(Liabilities/Asset) and Depas(degree of investment), but, a negative correlation with Msh. Also, the Foreign Investor showed a positive correlation with Abnormal audit fees. Second, the result about the influence that Foreign investors affect according to the Corporate Characteristics to the Abnormal audit fees, its showed a positive correlation with Size(LN(Asset)) and Lev (Liabilities/Asset) but, a negative correlation with Msh(the number of own share). Also, the Foreign Investor showed a positive correlation with Abnormal audit fees.

본 연구는 기업특성별 외국인투자자가 비정상감사보수와 비정상감사시간에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구결과로 서, 연구의 표본은 2006년부터 2012년까지 총7년이며, 한국증권거래소에 상장되어 있는 기업을 대상으로 다 중회귀분석을 통하여 검증하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업특성에 따라 외국인투자자가 비정상감사보수에 미치는 영향에 대한 결과, 기업의 규모, 부채비율, 자본집중도는 모두 비정상감사보수에 양의 영향을 미치고 있으나, 내부소유집중도는 음의 영향을 미치고 있 는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 외국인투자자변수는 모두 양의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업특성에 따라 외국인투자자가 비정상감사시간에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 결과, 기업의 특성 변수인 기업의 규모, 부채비율 변수 모두 비정상감사시간에 양의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 내부 소유집중도는 음의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 외국인투자자변수는 모두 양의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
