The School violence is a serious problem, such as sexual violence and group violence beyond bullying. The violence seems to be addiction. So, the government, police and school develops measures to deal with school violence. But there are concerns about whether a measure offers viable solutions or creates more problems. The study is suggest that to evaluate the effectiveness of School Violence Prevention Program and to debate about improvement. In the result, the violence prevention is ultimately useful in changing teenagers' wrong recognition and attitude for school violence. For solving the school violence problems, the prevention is the first priority rather than post-prescription. The introduction of school violence prevention program as a prevention of school violence can be efficient tool for changing negative perception and attitude to positive perception and attitude for school violence. Therefore, school violence prevention program has to be conducted regardless of students' age.

최근 학교폭력은 단순한 괴롭힘을 넘어 집단 폭력과 성폭력 등 심각한 문제로 인식 되고 있다. 이러한 폭력은 반복적이고 지속적인 행위 중독의 양상을 보이고 있어 매 우 심각한 문제가 아닐 수 없다. 이에 학교와 경찰 그리고 정부는 다양한 대응전략을 제시하였으나 최근까지도 실효성에 대한 비판과 논의는 계속되고 있다. 따라서 이 연 구에서는 학교 폭력의 중독과 감소를 위한 대응방안으로서 학교폭력 예방프로그램에 대한 효과성을 검증하고, 이와 더불어 개선해야 할 점들에 대해 논의하였다. 연구결과, 학교폭력 예방교육은 폭력에 대한 청소년의 그릇된 인식과 태도를 변화 시키는데 유용한 것으로 나타났으며, 폭력 문제 해결을 위해서는 사후적인 처벌보다 사전 예방이 최우선이 되어야 함을 다시 한 번 알 수 있었다. 폭력예방프로그램은 학 교폭력에 대한 부정적인 인식과 태도를 긍정적으로 변화시키는데 효과적인 도구가 될 수 있으므로 연령에 관계없이 실시되어야 할 것이다.
