The purpose of this study is to find the effective control method through the three-dimensional modeling of the irregular-shaped tall buildings and to develop the collaboration with architects and builders. Geometric characteristics of the model are correctly interpreted. The construction of the possoble structure and elevation of the system is to secure an alternative review of the technology. In the future, we have to secure the reasonable technology that must be able to respond to problems. therefore, bidding and construction of tall building projects in the planning stage will play a leading role.
