The empty house in rural has increased since the 1970s because of reasons such as `educational issues' and `looking for a job'. Also the Jeju Island has been pointed out as a social problem due to neglect of unused space. This survey were the target 1) The general matters regarding the use of leverage subject of current, 2) Building matters with renovation, 3) And community of the village, the village related matters. It is considered that buildings used as unused space in jeju Island not only use houses, warehouses and cages which is wanted by self reliant people but also can use as independent space usefully.
