However, in the modern time is becoming important in the city with the development of rail transport railway. Especially, the Dongdaegu Station area development plan is a major development project of the Deagu city. Therefore, Dongdeagu station and there area is be a new haert of this city. In this study, analyzes the development strategies and development characteristics of high-speed railway station area in the other citys.
