The purpose of this paper is to spotlight the meaning and significance of the Collection of Jukyou's works written by O Un who was a publisher in the Joseon Dynasty, by reviewing the motivation of its publication, and its structure and format. With the Collection of Jukyou's Works, O Un's true personality both as a compiler and an author can be well observed. The Collection of Jukyou's Works has a typical structure of an anthology in the Joseon Dynasty. Volume 1 through 4 contained proses, poems, and miscellaneous writings by O Un, and the rest was compiled and supplemented by his descendants. By thoroughly examining the process of publishing and compiling the Collection of Jukyou's Works, one can understand better the real aspects of anthology publication in the Joseon Dynasty.

이 연구는 조선조의 중요한 도서출판자였던 竹牖 吳澐(1540～1627)의 개인 문집인 ｢竹 牖先生文集｣을 검토하여 간행 경위와 구성 및 체재를 밝힘으로써 이 문집의 가치와 의의 를 조명하였다. ｢竹牖先生文集｣을 통하여 도서편찬자로서의 오운의 면모와 문인으로서 의 오운의 면모를 동시에 살필 수 있다. ｢竹牖先生文集｣의 구성을 살펴보면 조선조 문집 들의 전형적인 구성을 취하고 있다. 권 1과 권 4까지의 詩文과 雜著는 오운이 직접 지은 것이고, 나머지는 후손들이 문집을 편찬하면서 보완한 것이다. 따라서 ｢竹牖先生文集｣의 편찬과 간행과정을 면밀히 검토하는 것은 한국의 문집 발간의 실상을 제대로 이해할 수 있다.
