This study analyzes Geunbeop(近法) and Sokbeop(俗法) which are the ways of irrigative farming introduced in Husaengrok by Sin Don-bok, Haksan. The major findings are as follows: (1) The 2nd volume of Husaengrok introduced total 6 parts, 39 entries and 63 items of Geunbeop. (2) There were 2 parts, 3 entries and 6 items about Sokbeop, at the same time. (3) According to Husaengrok, Geunbeop means “rather recent method” especially used in the eras at from about the time of Imjin war(1592) to the 43rd year of King Yeongjo(1767). (4) In the second volume of Husaengrok, Sokbeop is described as Sokbang(俗 方) that the common people popularly and generally used, and assumed to be applied in the same period with Geunbeop.

본 硏究는 鶴山 辛敦復(1692-1779)의 ｢厚生錄｣ 卷下에 수록된 ‘近法’과 ‘俗法’에 관련 된 내용을 추출하여 그 性格과 傾向을 考察한 것으로 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. (1) ｢厚生錄｣ 卷下에는 도합 6篇 39種目 63項目의 近法이 소개되어 있다. (2) ｢厚生錄｣ 卷下에는 도합 2篇 3種目 6項目의 俗法이 소개되어 있다. (3) ｢厚生錄｣ 卷下에 수록된 ‘近法’의 개념은 ‘시간적으로 멀지않은 근래의 방법’이며, 시간적으로는 대체로 임진왜란(1592)을 前後한 무렵부터 英祖 43(1767)년 무렵까 지 약 200년의 시기를 지칭하는 것이다. (4) ｢厚生錄｣ 卷下에서 사용되고 있는 ‘俗法’의 개념은 ‘大衆的이거나 通俗的으로 世俗 이나 民間에서 사용하는 方法인 俗方’이며, 시간적으로는 대체로 임진왜란(1592) 을 前後한 무렵부터 英祖 43(1767)년 무렵까지 약 200년의 시기를 지칭하는 것인 듯 하다.
