The purpose of this study was to develop the reliable and valid Korean version of the Social Anxiety-Acceptance and Action Questionnaire(SA-AAQ: MacKenzie & Kocovski, 2010). First, the factor structure was analyzed. The result of the factor analysis showed that two factor accounted for 55.8% of the total variance. Second, using the confirmatory factor analysis we re-examined the factor structure and investigated reliability and concurrent, incremental validity. The result of the CFA supported the one factor model with method effect. The internal consistency coefficient(Cronbach’s alpha) of the Korean version of the SA-AAQ was high(.92) and correlation coefficients of item-total were from .37 to .82. SA-AAQ displayed good concurrent validity. Moreover, a hierarchical regression analysis indicated that the SA-AAQ predicted variability within social anxiety above and beyond that of the AAQ-Ⅱ. Finally, the implication of this study and direction for future study were discussed.

본 연구에서는 MacKenzie와 Kocovski(2010)가 개발한 사회불안 수용 행동 질문지(Social Anxiety -Acceptance and Action Questionnaire: SA-AAQ)를 한국어로 번안하여 심리측정적 속성을 분석하였다. 연구 1에서는 한국판 SA-AAQ의 요인구조를 살펴보았다. 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 2요인 모형이 전체 변량의 55.8%를 설명하였다. 연구 2에서는 확인적 요인분석을 실시하고, 신뢰도와 공존 타당도 및 증분 타당도를 탐색해 보았다. 그 결과, 2요인 모형보다 1요인 방법 효과 모형을 채택하는 것이 더 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 내적 합치도가 .92로 높게 나타났으며, 문항-총점 간 상관 계수도 .37～.82로 다소 높은 정도의 상관을 보였다. 아울러 관련된 척도들과의 상관을 통해 공존 타당도가 적절한 것으로 나타났으며, 한국판 SA-AAQ가 사회불안 증상을 예언하는 데 있어 기존의 수용 행동 질문지-Ⅱ(AAQ-Ⅱ)에 더해 추가적인 설명력이 있음을 보여주었다. 마지막으로 연구 결과의 의의와 추후 연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다.
