The rate of disappearance people such as children, demented elderly, and disabled is being increased every year. In this paper, we suggest accident prevention system for second class citizens which is based on Bluetooth and NFC to prevent second class citizens’ disappearance. Nowadays, most of people are using a smart phone, and these smart phones usually have Bluetooth and NFC module. Therefore in this paper, we would design and implement the accident prevention system for second class citizens and their guardians by using smart phones which have Bluetooth and NFC module.

해마다 아동, 치매노인, 장애인과 같은 사회약자의 실종 발생률이 증가하고 있다고 한다. 본 논문에서는 사 회약자의 실로방지, 더 나아가 실종을 방지 하고자 “블루투스 및 NFC 기반 사회약자 사고방지 시스템”을 제안하였 다. 요즘 대부분의 사람들이 스마트폰을 사용한다. 이라한 스마트폰은 블루투스와 NFC 모듈을 대부분 탑재하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이런 모듈을 탑재한 스마트폰을 이용하여 사회약자와 보호자를 위한 응용시스템인 사회약자 사고방지 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.
