The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of an Enneagram group counseling program on the job attitude of low-ranking military leaders. The subjects in this study were the low-ranking officers who were at the level of a battalion commander in an army division. After a Korean Enneagram group counseling program was provided to them, the program was found to have a positive effect on the job attitude of the low-ranking military leaders. The major findings of the study were as follows: The experimental group that participated in the Enneagram group counseling program showed a significant improvement in overall job attitude. Among the subfactors of job characteristics, there was a statistically significant favorable change in diversity, autonomy and importance. Out of the subfactors of job satisfaction, they showed a statistically significant improvement in a sense of achievement and relationship with colleagues, supervisors and subordinates.

본 연구는 에니어그램 집단상담 프로그램이 군 초급간부의 직무태도 향상에 미치는 효과를 알 아보고자 실시하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 사단 및 대대급 초급간부를 대상으로 한국형에니어그램 집단상담 프 로그램을 적용하였으며, 그 결과 에니어그램 집단상담 프로그램이 군 초급간부의 직무태도에 긍정 적인 효과를 미쳤음을 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 에니어그램 집단상담 프로그램을 통해서 실험 대상이 된 군 초급간부는 전체적인 직무특성 및 직무만족에 유의미한 효과가 있었다. 또한, 직무특성의 하위 영역별로는 다양성, 자율성, 중요성 수준이 프로그램을 적용한 이후에 통계적으로 유의미하게 증가되었고, 직무만족의 하위영역인 성 취감, 동료·상하관계 등이 통계적으로 유의미하게 증가하였다.
