This study analyzed the relation between Screen golf website's contents and consumers' purchasing behavior. To put it concretely, this study intended to understand what screen golf website's content means by analyzing the demography of club members, the satisfactions of homepage, and consumers' behavior with online service. The purpose is that this can offer fundamental data for screen golf members to be efficiently managed and create added value of sports. Based on this result, satisfaction with homepage and online customer management are considered to affect consumers' purchasing behavior, and screen golf website's managers need to provide systematic online content as a marketing strategy. Constructing systems to offer useful information to users online as well as offline, they will have to seek for new strategy to reinforce feedback to users with immediate interaction between employers and users. In other words, raising competitiveness between each Screen golf website's by building homepage and managing consumers on the internet, we should increase users' satisfaction and lead to their offline participation, and consequently, we should develop overall screen golf website’s contents in the sport industry still more.

본 연구는 스크린골프 웹사이트의 콘텐츠 특성이 상호작용성과 소비행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였으며, 스포츠 웹사이트의 콘텐츠 분석을 통한 골프의 대중화 및 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 스크린골프 웹사이트에 등록된 회원의 경우 웹사이트 콘텐츠의 다양성, 유용성, 표현성의 인식이 비등록 회원에 비해 더욱 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 등록회원은 웹사이트를 통해 제공되는 서비스를 통해 유연성, 통제성, 개인화, 연결성과 같은 상호작용이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 스크린골프의 소비행동에도 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
