In this study, we investigated not only the population densities of aerobic heterotrophic bacteria and antibiotic resistant bacteria but also their identification by 16S rDNA analysis from the water of Okgu lake, Gyeongpo brook, and Eunpa lake located in Gunsan during August 2011. The results were as follows; Population densities of aerobic heterotrophic bacteria and antibiotic resistant bacteria by plate counting method were in the range of 3.09 ± 0.31 × 103 ~ 4.57 ± 0.06 × 104 cfu / ㎖ and from 0 ~ 3.58 ± 0.03 × 103 cfu / ㎖ during sampling periods, respectively. We selected six strains of antibiotic resistant bacteria and identified by using 16S rDNA analysis. As a result, they were identified as Pseudomonas putida, Sphingomonas echinoides, Sphingomonas aromaticivorans, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Xanthomonas retroflexus and Pseudomonas mitroreducens. Among identified 6 strains, Pseudomonas putida, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Xanthomonas retroflexus and Pseudomonas mitroreducens showed the multiple antibiotic resistance.

군산시 인근 하천 및 저수지에 분포하는 호기성 종속영양세균은 3.09 ± 0.31 × 103 ~ 4.57 ± 0.06 × 104 cfu / ㎖ 의 범주에서 균체수를 나타냈으며, 항생제 내성균은 은파저수지에서 1.89 ± 0.16 × 101 ~ 2.77 ± 0.18 × 102 cfu / ㎖ 의 범주에서, 경포천에서는 2.04 ± 0.37 × 102 ~ 3.58 ± 0.03 × 103 cfu / ㎖ 의 범주에 서, 옥구저수지에서 0 ~ 2.87 ± 0.18 × 102 cfu / ㎖ 의 범주에서 균체수를 나타냈다. 16S rDNA 분석으로 연 구대상 지역에서 항생제 내성이 있는 6개 균주를 분리하여 동정한 결과 각각 Pseudomonas putida, Sphingomonas echinoides, Sphingomonas aromaticivorans, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Xanthomonas retroflexus, Pseudomonas mitroreducens로 동정되었으며, 이 중 4개의 균주는 다재내성균 주로 밝혀졌다.
