South Korea’s aging society structure bring about many problems for old people. In the past, had a negative opinion for the old people but currently have a positive point of view. This is to acknowledge the needs of seniors learning and self-actualization. Because of this, man must be presented a field to act of old people in society. The Church should have an interest in such a change in the understanding of the old people and what role should ponder about whether it want to do. This should be based on the Bible. The old man in bible is positive, active and exemplary character. Based on this understanding and shall be presented in the programs of the Church. For this reason, the artikle explores Senior Education based on Christian Life-long Education. This will present a biblical understanding about aging and old people and propose a solution their learning needs and self-actualization needs of Senior Education. The above information is based on this artikle presented to‘ department of old people’and‘ Senior school’. Specifically will have to consider‘ department of old people’and‘ Senior school’, which has a meaning and role in Revitalization of the Church.

한국 사회구조가 현재 고령화사회에서 고령사회로 발전되면서 노인과 관련된 많은 문제들이 발생하고 있다. 과거에는 노인에 대해 부정적인 견해를 가졌으나 현대로 오면서긍정적인견해를가지기시작했다. 이는노인의학습욕구, 자기실현의욕구 를 인정하는 것이다. 그렇기 때문에 사회 속 노인이 활동할 수 있는 장(field)을 제시 해야한다. 이와 같은 노인에 대한 이해의 변화에 대해 교회는 관심을 가지고 어떤 역할을 할 것 인지에 대해 고민을 해야 한다. 이는 성서에 근거해서 나타나야 한다. 성서에서 말 하는 노인은 긍정적이며 활동적이며 모범적인 자들이다. 이러한 이해를 바탕으로 한 교회의 프로그램이 제시되어야 한다. 때문에 본 논문에서는 고령화 및 노인에 대 한 성서적 이해와 함께 그들의 학습 욕구와 자아실현 욕구의 해결방안으로서 기독 교평생교육에근거한노인교육을살펴보도록하겠다. 기독교 평생교육의 성서적 이해를 바탕으로 현 노인의 특성에 맞는 프로그램으로는 교회내노인구성원의신앙교육과관련된‘노년부’와교회구성원을 비롯한지역사 회의 일반 노인의 사회복지와 관련된‘노인학교’를 제시하고자 한다. 특별히 고령 화 사회 속에서 교회의 내·외적 활성화를 위한 방안으로서 노년부과 노인학교가 어떤의미와 역할을 가지고 있는지를 고찰하고 글을 맺고자 한다.
