In this article, I would like to explain the problems of korean delinguent juveniles treatment which is based on juvenile correctional institution guidence code which is legislated in 1912. But the existing studies about delinguent juveniles treatment have approached in the view of the protection public service (goods) which is related with protecting delinguent juveniles and community service order and order of lecture, protective supervision. Thus, this paper is intended on the juvenile under sentence (a convicted juvenile) correction treatment problem in relation with juvenile correctional institution guidence code (2012). Thus, this study is consisted of five chapter : forward, my original criticism about the existing studies, the statistics in relation with the delinguent juveniles and the direction about the correction treatment of the juvenile conder sentence.

이 논문에서는 2012년에 제정된 소년교도소 운영지침과 관련하여 소년범죄자(소년수형자) 처우의 문제점 등에 대하여 운론하였다. 그런데 이와 관련하여 기존의 이와 관련된 여러 문헌들에서는 주로 보호공공재의 생산과 관련된 사회봉사명령, 수강명령, 보호관찰 등에 대하여 여러 다양한 논의가 많았다. 따라서 여기 이 논문에서는 소년수형자(형이 확정된)들에 대한 교정공공재의 생산처우에서의 문제점과 방향 등에 대하여 다루어 보았다. 따라서 여기 논문에서는 기존의 선행연구들에 대한 독창적인 비판과 함께 관련 범죄 통계, 소년수형자들에 대한 교정처우에서의 문제점과 방향 등에 대하여 다루어 보았다.
