The purpose of this study was to develop lesson process plan for cultivating creativity and personality in secondary technology education. This developmental research was conducted through three stages of preparation, development, and improvement. In the preparation stage, ① the needs for lesson process plan were analyzed by investigating the needs of the technology subject, the students, and the society, ② the themes of lesson process plan were determined by the stages based on the social issues, the themes of educational programs of other nations, and the content system of the secondary technology subjects. The development stage ① began with setting lesson objectives for lesson process plan by the stages based on those of the technology goals. ② making up a list of ideas for the themes, the learning contents of lesson process plan ③ setting criteria for the subactivities of the problem solving stages ④ organizing lesson process plan. And the improvement stage ① involved evaluating the validity by the expert group and the applicability on the field by the students. ② The evaluation results were reflected on the preparation and development stage for revision and supplementation purposes.

이 연구는 중등 기술교육에서 창의·인성 함양을 위한 수업과정안을 개발하기 위한 것이었다. 이 연구에서의 수업과정안은 준비, 개발, 개선의 3단계를 거쳐 개발되었다. 준비 단계에서는 문헌 연구, 성취 과제 및 주제 선정, 수업 모델 설계를 하였고, 개발 단계에서는 수업 목표 설정, 수업과정별 요소 선정, 수업 모델 개발을 하였고, 개선 단계에서는 전문가에 의한 타당도 검증, 학생들에 의한 예비 시험과 현장 시험을 실행하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술교과에 필요한 창의·인성 요소를 문헌고찰 및 교육과정 분석을 통해 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 기술교과의 창의·인성 함양에 적합한 수업과정안을 개발하였다. 둘째, 개발된 수업과정안은 중학교용 8개, 고등학교용 3개 총 11개로, 각 지도안은 ‘수업의 교육과정 영역’, ‘수업목표’, ‘이 수업과 관련된 창의성 요소’, ‘이 수업과 관련된 인성 요소’, ‘접근 방법’, ‘수업 방법’, ‘수업과정별 주요 활동’, ‘수업과정안’, ‘부록’으로 구성 되었다. 셋째, 이번에 개발된 수업지도안은 기술 교과에서 함양할 수 있는 창의성과 인성요소를 고루 다루고 있어서 학교 현장에서 활용하기 쉽도록 제작되었다. 평소에 창의･인성 교육에 어려움을 겪고 있는 교사가 바로 교육현장에 적용 할 수 있도록 학습지도안을 세부적 활동을 상세하게 제시하였고, 부록에 학습자료도 풍부하게 제공하였다.
