The purpose of this paper is to exploit the effectiveness of group art therapy for emotional expression of marriage-immigrated women. For the research, 10 marriage-immigrated women from A center at D city participated. Two of them failed to complete the program as they left the town for a job or personal reason; therefore, the research implemented comparison analysis with the data gathered from eight participants who were to successfully finish the program. K-BVAQ, along with House-Tree-Person and Person In the Rain for Drawing Projection test were used for research tools. The results from each test were inputted into SPSS 20.0 and then its outcome was utilized to compare effectiveness of their emotional expression before and after conducting group art therapy program using t-test. The outcome is as follows. After conducting comparison analysis based on the inputted data for before and after taking group art therapy program, it was determined that K-BVAQ and HTP have statistically significant result, and positive changes were also shown in HTP and PITR. To summarize, the group art therapy program for emotional expression targeted to marriage-immigrated women demonstrated statistically significant results, thus confirming the effectiveness of the program.

본 연구의 목적은 집단미술치료가 결혼이주여성들의 감정표현에 미치는 효과성을 살 펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 D시 A센터에 소속된 결혼이주여성 10명이 참가하였으나, 취업과 타 지역 으로의 이동으로 인하여 중도 탈락한 2명을 제외한 8명의 자료를 활용하여 사전, 사 후 비교분석하였다. 연구 도구는 한국판 Bermond-Vost 감정표현불능증 척도 (K-BVAQ)와 그림투사검사로는 집-나무-사람(House-Tree-Person)검사와 빗속 사람그리 기(Person In The Rain)를 하였다. 이 척도의 결과를 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 통해 감정 표현 집단미술치료 프로그램 사전, 사후의 결과를 t-test로 효과성을 비교하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 결혼이주여성에게 감정표현 단기집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시한 후, 사전-사후 결과를 비교분석하여 K-BVAQ와 HTP는 통계적으로도 유의미 한 결과가 나타났으며, HTP, PITR에서도 긍정적 변화를 보였다. 요약하면, 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 한 감정표현 집단미술치료가 통계적으로도 유의 미한 변화를 보이는 결과가 나타나 프로그램의 효과성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
