This study was to set forward strategic approach for the outsourcing that has been adopted in order to improve the management efficiency of Golf business and industry. We performed descriptive statistics by SPSS18.0 and description analysis sampling 267 examples in golf courses of southeastern region was used for this study, so elicited next results. It would be definitely true that outsourcing is a good management tool that allows golf course in Korea to avoid management crises thanks to effects of cutting down on management costs. However, as shown in the research, levels of possibilities of application are different in departments and their detailed functions and management situations and concerned strategy directions are different through analyses on management environments so outsourcing needs to be applied discriminatorily. Put differently, it is considered that outsourcing needs to be adopted aggressively for golf course management to leap to the new level, particularly in accordance with functional roles of departments related with food and beverage and course management except for major departments including management department.

이 연구는 골프장 아웃소싱에 대한 전반적 실태, 적용가능성 및 기대효과를 종사자의 관점에서 접근하여 봄으로써 골프장 아웃소싱의 올바른 방향을 제시하여 보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 영남권에 위치한 골프장(15개소)을 대상으로 설문지를 배포․수거하여 총 267부를 실제분석에 사용되었다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS18.0을 이용하여 기술통계분석을 실시한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아웃소싱 적용가능성이 부서별로 다르게 나타났다. 둘째, 아웃소싱 도입 시 고려사항으로는 아웃소싱 도입에 의한 서비스품질 저하, 골프장과 아웃소싱 업체 간 융화문제, 골프장 현 직원들의 처우문제, 아웃소싱 업체의 책임의식, 아웃소싱의 효율성, 골프장 자체 교육실시, 미래경영을 위한 경영기법의 확보로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프장의 아웃소싱 도입으로 인해 기대할 수 있는 효과는 전반적인 서비스 수준향상, 업무의 전문성 증대, 골프상품의 품질 향상, 인건비 및 비용절감, 핵심역량 집중, 변화하는 환경에 대한 대응력 모두에 긍정적일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 연구의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 골프장을 구성하는 단위조직 별 기능적 역할에 따라 적용가능성 및 기대효과를 충분히 파악함으로써 시너지창출을 위해 아웃소싱을 전략적으로 도입하여 운영하여야 한다는 결론을 얻었다.
