The purpose of this study is to find out the reduced stress of non-disabled siblings with disabled siblings through group art therapy focusing on collage technique. The study was conducted in a total of 16 sessions from June 11th to October 15th, 2011 in the order of the research of group art therapy program focusing on collage technique, the selection of subjects, pretest, the implementation of group art therapy program, posttest, and data processing. To measure children’s stress, Kim Hyo-sung’s questionnaires(2006) based on 36 questions with the effects on the formation of children’s stress were used out of 52 questions that Holroyd(1974) made and were shortened by Friedrich et all(1983), and HTP that Buck(1948) made on the basis of Freud’s psychoanalysis was used. And children’s changes were examined through sessional consideration. The reduced stress of non-disabled siblings was significant in total statistics and in the sub-areas of disabled siblings’ characteristics and their school lives. The results of sessional consideration and HTP test showed that their confidence improved and they behaved more actively, which means that the program was effective.

본 연구는 콜라주 기법을 중심으로 한 집단미술치료를 통해 장애형제를 둔 비장애 형 제자매의 스트레스 감소에 관하여 살펴보고자 한 것이다. 연구의 진행은 2011년 6월 11일부터 2011년 10월 15일까지 총 16회기로 콜라주 기법 을 중심으로 한 집단미술치료 프로그램 연구, 대상자 선정, 사전검사, 집단미술치료 프로그램 실시, 사후검사, 자료처리의 순으로 이루어졌다. 연구도구는 아동의 스트레스 척도를 측정하기 위하여 Holroyd(1974)가 제작하고 Friedrich 등(1983)이 52개 문항으로 단축한 것 중에서 자녀의 스트레스 형성에 영향을 미치는 36개 문항을 사용한 김효성(2006)의 설문지를 사용하였고, Buck(1948)이 프로이드의 정신분석학 을 바탕으로 만든 집-나무-사람(HTP)를 사용하였으며, 회기별 고찰을 통해 아동의 변화를 확인하였다. 비장애 형제자매 스트레스의 전체적인 통계와 하위 영역인 장애형제의 특성과 학교생 활에서 스트레스가 감소하는 유의미한 결과를 나타냈으며, 회기별 고찰과 집-나무-사 람(HTP) 그림검사에서도 자신감의 향상과 스스로 적극적으로 활동하는 모습으로 점 차 향상됨을 나타내어 효과가 있었음을 나타냈다.
