우리나라 20대의 고용률은 57%로 최근 4년래 최저치에 머물고 있다. 대졸자들이 몰려 있는 25∼29세의 실 질 실업률은 20%를 웃돈다는 분석도 있을 만큼 청년실업 문제는 심각하다. 이에 따라 산학협력 활성화는 이제 이러 한 국가현안을 해결해주는 주요한 수단으로 인식되고 있으며, 향후 정부정책이나 국가지표에서 더욱 관심과 지원을 받게 될 것이 분명해 보인다. 정부는 2012년부터 ‘산학협력선도대학 육성사업’(LINC: Leaders in INdustry-university Cooperation)을 추진함으로써 기업이 요구하는 인력양성, 실제적인 연구개발 및 기술이전을 활성화시키고 대학-산업 체-연구기관간의 유기적인 상호연계를 바탕으로 지역대학과 산업의 동반성장을 위해 다양한 산학협력 선도모델을 창 출․확산시키고 있다. 이러한 배경하여 본 연구의 목적은 대학에서 현장밀착형 인재를 발굴․육성하는데 필수적인 현장밀착형 교과과정 개 발에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전공학과(부)별 실시한 전공교과과정 수요조사 결과를 바탕으로 산학협력을 확산하기 위한 현장밀착형 교과과정을 분석하고 연차별, 영역별 추진방안을 제안하였다.
