UnShimGyeJakBeob-dance of Il-Eung Buddhist Monk is the best of YeoSanChum with his unique aesthetic consciousness and the characteristics of Honam traditional folk dance. In this paper, researchers studied the characteristics of dance and aesthetic consciousness inside based on the nature of movement emphasized in the UnShimGyeJakBeob-dance of Il-Eung Buddhist Monk. Jakpeob-dance of Il-Eung Buddhist Monk has something unique and various dance movement than that of other JakBeob-dance. The most distinguishing one is regulations and slow in all movement containing all heart of dancer. And it also used the movement of fish into dance, and all directions in the movement. Movement of Dance has both of horizontal and three dimensional Movement, and also Jeong and Dong. We reached the conclusion as following: First, holy and solemn dance was considered as solemn one, and they were revealed through the polite and regulations, which were characteristic of movement of Jakpeob-dance. Second, Vital power of the whole beauty expressed from the movement of YeoSanChum was explained as aesthetical consciousness of life. The last was the sublime beauty transcending all creation through practicing asceticism, basic emotion of Jakpeob-dance. As a result, the aesthetical study inside of Jakpeob-dance of Il-Eung Buddhist Monk and dance study will be a very important asset of Korea dance history.

일응스님의 운심게작법은 스님만의 독특한 미의식과 호남의 민속적 특성이 덧입혀진 어산춤의 백미이다. 본 연구에서는 일응스님이 운심게작법을 통해서 강조하신 동작의 특성을 토대로 춤의 특성을 살펴보고 춤 속에 내재되어 있는 미의식을 살펴보고자 한다. 일응스님의 작법은 다른 작법에서 볼 수 없는 독특하고 다양한 춤사위가 존재한다. 모든 동작에 마음을 담아 여법하고 느린 것이 가장 큰 특징이다. 또한 물고기의 움직임을 춤으로 묘사하고 있으며, 사방을 확대하여 시방(十方)으로 사용한다는 점이다. 춤사위에 역시 수평적인 춤사위와 입체적인 춤사위, 정과 동이 공존하고 있는 춤이다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫 번째는 작법무 움직임의 특성인 정중함과 여법함을 통해서 나타나는 경건함과 장중함을 엄숙미로 보았다. 두 번째는 어산춤의 동작에서 표출되는 생명력을 생명의 미의식으로 표현하였으며, 마지막으로 작법무의 기본적 정서인 수행을 통한 초인간적인 미로서 만물을 초월한 숭고미로서 탐색하였다. 따라서 일응스님의 작법 연구는 불교의식무의 중요한 자산이 될 것이다.
