Currently, BIM technology is coming to the fore by combining with the field of IT throughout all the parts of construction industry. However, BIM is recently introduced in domestic, so it has occurred many problems. Extensively the issues of compatibility and sharing with programing company, and lacking of the owner's recognitions about IPD are coming up to the front. And in order to maximize the effect of BIM, the appropriate ordering method and the system should be arranged in advance. To solve these problems, the AIA from United States proposed to apply IPD. According to this, we intend to activate BIM. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to activate BIM and to maximize the effect of BIM by drawing the priority considering items for introduction of IPD in domestic. First, we conducted the overall theoretical review about necessity and characteristic of IPD. And we drew the problems for introducing IPD in domestic by analyzing with existing study and comparing with present ordering method. Then, through this drawn problems, we selected the priority considering items by conducting delphi analyzing technique. Finally we made an proposal of the improving direction about it. This study will have an effect on improvement of the ordering method, and this will maximize the effect of the technology of BIM.

현재 건설업의 전 분야에서는 IT와의 접목에 의해 BIM 기술이 크게 대두되고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 BIM의 도입초기로서 여러 문제점이 발생하고 있는 것이 현실이며, 크게 프로그램 사의 호환문제, 공유문제, 발주자의 인식 문제 등이 나타나고 있다. 또한, BIM의 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 적합한 발주방식 및 체계가 마련되어야 하는 것이 필수라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 미국의 AIA에서는 IPD의 적용을 제안하였으며, 이를 토대로 BIM의 활성화를 꾀하고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 IPD의 국내 도입을 위한 우선적용항목을 도출하여 이에 대한 방향을 제안함으로써, BIM의 효율성을 극대화하고 활성화를 도모하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 먼저, IPD의 필요성, 특징 등의 전반적인 이론적 고찰을 수행하고, 기존 발주방식과의 비교, 선행 연구 분석을 통하여 국내 IPD 도입의 문제점을 도출하였다. 그리고 도출된 문제점을 토대로 델파이기법의 설문을 통하여 우선 고려사항을 선정하여, 이에 대한 개선방향을 제시하였다. 이는 BIM의 활성화를 위한 발주방식 개선 방향에 영향을 줄 것이며, 향후 BIM 기술의 효과를 극대화 할 수 있을 것이다.
