The study is aimed to gain an in-depth understanding of how the quality of the nurse education service affects satisfaction and preference targeting 230 nurses. The purpose of this study is to promote the quality of nurse education. The study methodology is utilized with several questionnaires consisting 22 questions which are modified and supplemented to assess the quality of the nurse education, targeting on the nurses less than 10 years graduated from school. SPSS Statistics program for Window (17.0 version) is used to process and analyze the data. First, the dissertation explores how variables of nurses’ background (such as age, types of schools they graduated from, systems of their schools, locations of schools, work experience, types of medical institutions they worked for) could have an impact on the quality of education service, satisfaction and preference with the t-tests and one-way ANOVA. Secondly, Pearson correlation coefficient is used to analyze comprehensive relations among quality of education that school provides, satisfaction and preference. For the quality of the education service, the result of study indicates a strong positive correlation in case the level of satisfaction and preference is high. Therefore, it indicates that the improvement on the satisfaction due to the quality of college education service has a positive impact on preference. These results suggest that the quality of college education service enhances the satisfaction and eventually reputation of colleges.

본 연구는 간호사 230명을 대상으로, 간호교육의 교육서비스 질이 만족도 및 애호도에 어떤 관계가 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이는 간호교육의 질을 향상시키는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구방법은 졸업한지 10년 미만의 간호 실무 종사자를 대상으로, SERVQUAL 22개 문항을 교육서비스 질 측정에 맞게 수정, 보완하여 실시하였다. 자료처리 및 분석은 SPSS for Win(17.0 ver) 프로그램을 사용하여 처리 분석하였다. 첫째 간호사의 배경 변인별(연령, 졸업학교 설립유형, 졸업학교 학제, 졸업학교 소재지, 실무경력, 근무의료기관 유형)에 따른 교육서비스 질, 만족도, 애호도에 대해 t검정과 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)을 이용하여 차이를 살펴보았다. 둘째, 학교서비스 질, 만족도 및 애호도 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해서는 피어슨 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다 연구결과 간호 교육서비스 질과 만족도, 애호도 간에 통계적으로 유의한 강한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 이는 대학교육의 서비스 질이 만족도를 향상시키고, 결국에는 애호도에 영향을 줌으로써 대학 이미지에 긍정적인 평가를 준다는 시사점을 보여주었다.
