The purpose of this study was to sort typology and analyze characteristic of each type on leisure management of university students. P-sample was composed of 15 students who have been participant leisure activity for more one year. I prepared Q sample for advanced research, special publication, open questionnaire and interview. By through this way suggested by leisure and management were applied for the types, and Q-methodology known for subjective study was used. I made P-sample distribute Q-cards and then generate the following results by using principal component factor analysis. Leisure management of university students were categorized into three groups, divided into ‘personal relations directivity type’, ‘self improvement type’, and ‘achievement oriented type'.
